My name is Clare and I love food! I am a West Coast native, with a Culinary Arts Degree from the California Culinary Academy, San Francisco. After culinary school, I honed my skills at Elizabeth Falkner’s Citizen Cake in San Francisco; with the Tom Douglas Group in Seattle all while working as a private chef. I’ve tasted my way through Europe, Mexico and North America and I love to share what I've tasted with my clients.
My focus is on quality ingredients and I try to cook with local, organic, and sustainable ingredients whenever possible. I will tailor my menus to my client’s dietary and monetary preferences. I am well versed in cooking for a variety of dietary needs including, but not limited to, paleo, diabetic, heart healthy, low cholesterol, low fat and vegetarian. |
